Lea: I actually really wanted to be in the revival of West Side Story that’s happening on Broadway right now. When I didn’t get it, I didn’t get out of bed for days. Idina Menzel said to me, “You have to get out of bed! Something else is going to come up, and it’s gonna be fine.” Within weeks later I got cast on Glee and it all worked out so perfectly.
